Sticky chocolate balls

Supplies:

  • Blender
  • Come for the mixture
  • Baking paper
  • Come for the topping

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts
  • 1 cup almond nuts
  • 2 sachets Juice Plus Chocolate
  • 1 Measuring spoon Juice Plus vanilla
  • 160 ml sesame oil of tahini
  • 2e l raw cocoa
  • 1 orange zest
  • 1/2 orange juice
  • 4 Medjouldates (pitting)

Procedure:

Blend everything and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Make balls of Ø 2 cm.

Roll them through the topping of your choice or by trying all four.

Toppings to roll through:

grated coconut/sea salt, cinnamon powder/cocoa, ginger powder or gingerbread spices
