Happy birthday the Rambam exists 3 years

Today it is exactly 3 years ago that Smadar Morag introduced the Rambam in the Netherlands.

Many have experienced what healthy, pure food does to your body and what the positive effect is on your health if you separate certain food groups.

What a party at the beginning of this year!

Almost all partners together.

All of us cozy at my house in our canopy.

First good food, because most of them came from far away.

On the menu a zucchini soup as it was very cold outside,

also tasty snacks: filled dates with roasted nuts, Juice Plus salted caramel cookies, Juice Plus chocolate balls. (see menu)

Of course to combat the dry mouth a warm "winter tea": ginger / cinnamon and orange tea.
