Quinoa salad
2 persons
Requirements:
- Pan
- Chopping board
- Kitchen knife
Ingredients:
- Quinoa (for 2 persons)
- Lettuce (which you prefer)
- 1 onion
- ½ cucumber
- 1 tomato
Procedure:
- Cooking quinoa as stated on the package.
- Cut or tear the lettuce.
- Cut the onion, cucumber and tomato into pieces.
Dressing:
I usually make the dressing myself with
- Drizzle of olive oil
- 1 tl coarse mustard
- 1 tbsp real honey
- Small squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
