Quinoa salad

2 persons

Requirements:

  • Pan
  • Chopping board
  • Kitchen knife

Ingredients:

  • Quinoa (for 2 persons)
  • Lettuce (which you prefer)
  • 1 onion
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 tomato

Procedure:

  • Cooking quinoa as stated on the package.
  • Cut or tear the lettuce.
  • Cut the onion, cucumber and tomato into pieces.

Dressing:

I usually make the dressing myself with

  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • 1 tl coarse mustard
  • 1 tbsp real honey
  • Small squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
