Mango Ice Creams

6 portions

Requirements:

  • Kitchen knife
  • Blender
  • Come 2 pieces
  • Ice molds

Ingredients:

Yellow layer:

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 25 gram honey (large spoon)
  • 50 gram coconut yogurt

White layer:

  • 200 gram coconut yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1 sachet of Complete Juice Plus Vanilla
  • Zest of 1 lime

Procedure:

  • Cut the mango into pieces and put them in the blender until the pulp is.
  • Add the honey and coconut yogurt and mix again.
  • In a second bowl put the coconut yogurt, coconut milk, Complete Juice Plus Vanilla and lime zest. Mix it together.
  • Now fill the ice molds by alternately pouring in the yellow and white mixture.
  • Put sticks in them when you use those molds or cap on them when you use the Calippo ice molds.
  • At least 6 hours in the freezer.
  • To easily remove the ice creams from the mold, rinse the mold with lukewarm water.
