Eggplant from the oven/airfryer

Supplies:
- Kitchen knife
- Frying pan with lid
- Spatula
- Come for the marinade
- Guard
Ingredients:
- 1 eggplant
- Grape seed oil
Marinade:
- 1 tbsp tomato paste (without added sugar)
- Honey (little bit)
- Sesame oil (little bit)
- Vinegar for sushi (little bit)
Procedure:
- Cut the eggplant in half, carving lines in a diamond motif on the inside of the eggplant.
- Heat a frying pan with grape seed oil and fry the inside of the eggplant halves.
- Once browned, it is the outside's turn. Lid on them because they need to soften.
- When they are ready, remove them from the frying pan and cover the inside with marinade.
- Then you put them in the oven (200 degrees) for about 10 minutes or in the air fryer for 6 minutes, check in between, because not every oven is the same and burning is a shame.
Topping:
Sprinkle with spring onion and sesame seeds.
Comments:
- Eggplant can be very bitter, look at the bottom of the eggplant, if it has a dent then the eggplant is sweet.
- I like to eat this all by myself, but of course you can also share it and add salad with black rice.
