Brussels sprouts with pumpkin and cashews

Benodigdheden:

  • Airfryerscale
  • Kitchen knife

Ingredients:

  • Bag of sprouts
  • Bag of sliced pumpkin from the supermarket (can of course also get fresh)
  • Handful of cashews
  • Broth powder vegan
  • Olive oil

Procedure:

  • Halve the sprouts and place them in a bowl.
  • Add the olive oil and Broth powder vegan and mix well.
  • Place this in the air fryer or preheated oven and bake for 4 minutes at 200 degrees.
  • Then add the cashew nuts and again for 4 minutes in the air fryer or oven.
