Banana Complete Pancakes

Supplies:
- Spatula
- Guard
- Serving spoon
- Frying pan small
- Big bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 egg of flax egg*
- 1 banana (preferably ripe)
- 15 ml vegetable milk
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 scoops Juice Plus Vanilla shake
- Butter of coconut oil
Procedure:
- Take a large bowl and mash the banana in it. Then add the milk, egg*, salt and vanilla shake and stir with a whisk until smooth.
- Pack the small frying pan and grease it with a little butter/coconut oil.
- Heat the butter or oil over low/medium heat.
- With a scoop, put the batter in the frying pan, bake 1 pancake at a time. Calm with patience on a low/medium heat
- Bake until you see small air bubbles in the pancake turn the pancake over, bake the other side quietly for a while and place the pancake on a serving dish.
- Don't forget the topping according to your own wishes! * Enjoy !

- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (flaxseed flour) (lijnzaadmeel)
- 2 tablespoon water
- Mix this together and leave for at least 5 minutes.
- Use this mixture instead of 1 egg
Toppings:
- Berries, strawberries, bananas, and walnuts.
- Cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla for weight loss.
