Banana Complete Pancakes

2 persons

Supplies:

  • Spatula
  • Guard
  • Serving spoon
  • Frying pan small
  • Big bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg of flax egg*
  • 1 banana (preferably ripe)
  • 15 ml vegetable milk
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 scoops Juice Plus Vanilla shake
  • Butter of coconut oil

Procedure:

  • Take a large bowl and mash the banana in it. Then add the milk, egg*, salt and vanilla shake and stir with a whisk until smooth.
  • Pack the small frying pan and grease it with a little butter/coconut oil.
  • Heat the butter or oil over low/medium heat.
  • With a scoop, put the batter in the frying pan, bake 1 pancake at a time. Calm with patience on a low/medium heat
  • Bake until you see small air bubbles in the pancake turn the pancake over, bake the other side quietly for a while and place the pancake on a serving dish.
  • Don't forget the topping according to your own wishes! *  Enjoy !

  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (flaxseed flour) (lijnzaadmeel)
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • Mix this together and leave for at least 5 minutes.
  • Use this mixture instead of 1 egg

Toppings:

  • Berries, strawberries, bananas, and walnuts.
  • Cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla for weight loss.
